"The 'Lesson's with Professor Lansdale' video series is now available on DVD. The material for them was derived from the original VHS series, and are exact duplicates of that VHS series. They were however recorded from second generation masters, as the orignals were mistakenly destroyed. Although the video quality is not 'digital DVD' quality, they are more than adequate for tutorials and historical documentation of Shen Chuan concepts and principles."

It's like having a private lesson with the Professor showing many of the concepts and principles of Shen Chuan.
