This branch of SHEN CHUAN, MARTIAL SCIENCE teaches the basics of Shen Chuan, but its emphasis is the non-traditional use of weapons. The weapon techniques here are primarily the Yawara style stick, the Arnis stick and knife, as well as Hapkido cane techniques. Exotic weapons like nunchuka, sai, etc. are not taught.
This class is sixty minutes, twice a week and blends with the Shen Chuan and Combat Hapkido classes, as weapons are also taught periodically in the Shen Chuan and Combat Hapkido classes. Rank is provided if the student meets the requirements and attends not only this class, but the Shen Chuan class or Combat Hapkido, as these arts enhance weapon training and make the student more rounded.

Our instructors are members of THE FILIPINO ARNIS ASSOCIATION as well as THE INTERNATIONAL COMBAT HAPKIDO FEDERATION which provides a weapon's branch, certification and ranking.
