Shen Chuan Rank Camp, August 10

FIRST LEVEL CANE CERTIFICATION FOR THOSE WHO MISSED OUR EARLIER CAMP (MUST BE AT LEAST TWO TESTING FOR THIS CERTIFICATION)

FIRST TEST FOR SHEN CHUAN CONCEPTS AND PRINCIPLES CERTIFICATION, FIRST LEVEL. (You do not have to have attended seven seminars to take the test, but you will only receive the certification when you have) THIS CERTIFICATION ALLOWS THOSE OUTSIDE OF THE SHEN CHUAN SYSTEM TO TEACH OUR CONCEPTS PRINCIPLES, AND CERTAIN TECHNIQUES BASED ON THESE PRINCIPLES, AND TO GIVE SHEN CHUAN ACCREDIDATION TO THEIR STUDENTS. It is not a Black Belt.

INSTRUCTING BLACK BELTS, NO CHARGE UNLESS TESTING. If testing for black belt, no door charge.

RANK PRICE: $20.00

CANE CERTIFICATION: $25.00, COMES WITH VIDEO AND CERTIFICATION LEVEL ONE

BLACK BELT TESTING: ALL SHEN CHUAN RANKS BELOW SIXTH DAN are $175. So that's easy. No one's testing above third dan anyway.

COMBAT HAPKIDO: DEPENDS ON LEVEL OF BLACK BELT. Inquire.

ALL TESTING FEES DUE DAY OF TESTING. Attendance at this camp does not gurantee promotion. Only training for promotion.

WHEN DOES IT START? Doors open Saturday morning at 8:30 A.M, Camp begins at 9:00. Try to arrive early for payments and forms.

WHEN IS IT OVER: 5 P.M. ON SATURDAY, 3 OR 4 P.M on Sunday. Depends on the rate of testing.

HOW WILL IT WORK? You will receive direct training from black belts. You will also be given time to work with your partner without someone hovering over you. You will demonstrate in front of others sometimes, for a black belt instructor at others. Throughout the day you will have numerous rest periods and demonstrations from high ranking black belts. Some who will be testing, others who will be merely demonstrating their skills.

WHAT TO BRING? Yourself. Money for tee-shirts if you want them. (No special tee-shirts for rank camp, but tee-shirts, uniforms, and most everything else will be discounted.)

WHO CAN COME? Anyone who wants to have a serious day of training.

Appearance at an acceptable number of camps and black belt meetings is required for going up in black belt rank. We realize there are reasons you might not be able to attend, and nothing is mandatory. But, those who show up at these events are going to have one of their black belt requirements met for going up in rank. Of course, showing up and not knowing the material won't help you. For those who can not attend. We understand. But, sorry. No cigar.
